Since the company launched its application in July 2019, it has been installed by almost five million digital users in Japan, France, Sweden, and the United States. Until now, the application has been a “companion in-store app” or an “item-by-item” element of the market.

The most recent update was launched on January 13. The company added new and more essential features that its users did not enjoy last year. The most significant platform change is: their users can now directly buy items through the application.

This is the kind of service that was not available before. Users can already buy the phenomenal Bergpalm bedding, Billy bookcases, and Ektorp sofas easily as they are directly shipped to their home. However, some users still prefer to pick the store’s furniture to assure product quality upon receiving.

According to the press and the furnishing company’s in-app purchase services, the said updates also have inspirational and engaging campaigns. These are why users are now more captivated by their content than last year.
